All skateboards and longboards are made to order. You will receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

The following estimated production times are based on total order volume per customer. Multiple smaller orders may be combined and treated as a bulk order.

Estimated Production Timeframes

• 1–9 decks: Estimated 3–4 weeks + shipping time
• 10–15 decks: Estimated 4–6 weeks + shipping time
• 16+ decks: Estimated 1–2 months + shipping time

Production time does not include weekends or holidays. If your order falls near a holiday period, production may be extended.

Orders with multiple graphics, sizes, or shapes may require additional production time.

• Production timelines are estimates and not guarantees
• Rush orders may be unavailable during high-volume periods
• Orders may ship earlier than estimated timeframes, but not guaranteed

Delays

Orders may be delayed due to factors including but not limited to:

• Equipment maintenance or malfunction
• Raw material supplier delays
• Reprints or quality control
• High order volume
• Human error
• Weather or external disruptions

No compensation is provided for delays.
