For over 20 years I have dedicated my life to building a quality skateboard. This is not a easy task and requires a special skill that not all of us are lucky enough to acquire. Sure anyone can press a deck and print on it but in order to be able to supply the blank skateboard industry with a quality product one must know the most efficient way to make skateboards. Blanks are cheap and there is not much margin to work with. Being a manufacturer of blank and custom printed skateboards is a risky endeavor. Why you ask? Simply because it is that we have to manufacturer it and cost of labor and materials can change. Take for example you buy something mark it up and sell it. That is simple there is no variable cost involved just cut and dry profit. Manufacturing a skateboard deck there are huge differences between the cost of the raw materials, labor, rent, electricity, taxes and daily operating expenses. What does this all mean? We charge a steady flat rate per item the cost to manufacturer the product does not always stay the same. It varies drastically from week to week. There is no steady profit in fact you can even lose money making skateboards. Best thing to do is just buy and sell them mark them up to make money and skate them hard. Our decks simply last longer. We make them right here in our factory the same way they were made back in the 70's 80's and 90's before the majority of decks went overseas. This is why so many once on our wood we glue up they notice a difference on how long the deck last.
