Blink 182 band boards!  

Look out Blink 182 back at it with this special edition run of decks.  Official run for the band and are sold online.  We had a fun time working on this project.  With a shape that was designed to look like a pill this was no ordinary popsicle shape.  Band boards are extremley popular for every style of music.  This work of art can be hung on the wall, collected, and signed by the band when you get a chance to meet up.  Need to know more about this band?  Go check out blink182.com for updated new songs and tour dates. 

How do we do it?

We start with a sketch or a conversation from our customer to give us an idea on what they were looking for.  The shape was sent by the customer using Adobe Illustrator.  This was just the outline of the shape wanted us to manufacturer.  With the outline we import it into a cad program that will generate a cnc file that runs a automated cutter.  The cutter will cut the shape into the pressed skateboard blank.  We sand the shape so the rails are smooth then spray a sealer and transfer the graphic.
