Less Than Jake Custom Shape

It does not get better than Jake.  Making a custom shape for a band that is well known across the world.  If you like music and skateboarding we are sure you know the band Less Than Jake.  We are not messing around here at customskateboards.com®.  We do it all from the custom print to the the lamination with quality at the highest standard.  This board was cut to match the shape of the deck making it the most unique custom skateboard in the WORLD!  Nobody can top what we did here with this exclusive one of a kind skateboard deck.  You won't find this kind of quality or craftsmanship anywhere else but here at customskateboards.com®.  We dare you to challenge us with shape and print design.  If it is a skateboard with normal truck holes there is no limit to what we can shape out for you.  

Cut The Way You Want It

Stack of this crazy never seen before shape feels like a scene in science fiction movie.  Before we print we spray a clear coat of paint to protect the wood from the harsh elements of mother nature.  These boards are just about ready to transfer on our digital heat transfers.  In this photo you can see boards in several different stages of production.  

Shape Like A Pez Dispenser 

Did you get the feeling that you could possibly get some candy out of this shape?  Wild and crazy guys come up with some really cool ideas for new skateboard shape that has never been done.  We are up for the challenge and will take the extra steps to make sure it turns out right.   New exciting ideas are always fun to work on.  We would love to see what you can come up with on your next shape design,  We are welcome to have any customer or fan submit a shape that we can post on the site for sale.  This shape was exclusive to the band itself making it even more exclusive.  Cutting new shapes is always exiting because as the CNC router goes it brings new life to the words custom skateboards.  

Rack And Pack Em

After removing the transfer we clean up the rails to reveal the final touches of this Less Than Jake Shape.  It does take some time getting used to scraping the rails of a skateboard.  Once done and set on a rack right before going into the shrink wrap for further protection.  This is one of my favorite parts because as you can see in this photo it looks fantastic.  Having all of these boards grouped together to reveal that they are all the same graphic in this rack makes it all worth the extra effort.  

Boxed Up Ready To Go 

These boards even look rad in the box.  You can see from how many photos we took how excited we are about bringing this to life.  Having an opportunity like it is a blessing.  I would like to personally thank my long time friend and customer Brian over at Hooligan Skateboards for providing us with his loyalty over the 23 plus years we have been making skateboards.   This friendship goes much deeper then just making skateboards.  Sharing moments with our kids from diapers to the sports we have supported each other through thick and thin.  I don't normally give out my customers info due to the tough competition but I know that there is nothing that will tear us apart.  A big shout out goes to Less Than Jake for taking on the custom skateboard market with this fresh new approach.  From all of us here at customskateboards.com® we would like to wish you all the same success in whatever you do.
