This section of our site will display as much info as we can to help you get the best print when you design your own skateboard.
We print on skateboards, longboards, grip tape, and skateboard wheels. A digital printer is used to print images on all the products we manufacturer. We can print just about any image you provide us.
Our high resolution digital printers can print only as amazing as the file you upload. We use a 200 dpi jpeg 3.5mb file to print all skateboards. We allow up to 10 mb upload which is more than enough to print a high quality image.
We Guarantee we will print your graphics with the quality you provide. We also Guarantee we will ship it with the quality of art you upload. Before shipping we will look at your image to ensure a perfect quality print. If we notice that the print does not look good due to a low resolution file we will ship your order with a coupon for FREE printing on your next order of a 1-10 decks if you can provide us with a higher resolution file of the same graphic. Single 1-1o deck orders are considered a trial run. A 1-10 deck order is a good place to start. You are responsible to check the image you upload before printing. If you are not sure about your upload just know that the clipart on our site will give you a crisp clean print. If you upload your own image and it is downloaded from the web chances are the art is low resolution and we will print and ship it with the file you provide.
When it comes to a bulk order of 12 or more we will personally inspect the graphic before printing. If the artwork submitted is not up to our printing standards we will contact the customer and request a higher resolution file or instruct the customer on how to improve the quality of the art. If the customer can not provide a higher resolution art we can reconstruct the graphic for next to nothing. We expect at this point you are confident enough that you can sell decks. A shade of a color is not going to stop you from selling decks with your company logo on it. If you are particular about color shading and positioning of artwork you need to take a step towards the 1-10 deck order to sample and test your graphics.
A trial run is a order that is 1 deck all the way up to 10 decks. The point of buying a single or up to 10 decks is to test the quality of the wood and how the graphic comes out. It is also cool to simply have a image you want on a deck. Trial runs are also great to test a image to see if it come out as good as you expect. If not then we can work with you close to ensure that the artwork you create is up to what the professional skateboard brands are using on larger repeat orders.
We believe there is good out there in every shape or form. Building relationships to improve on the quality of life for everyone. The ability to provide the higher standards for the skateboarding industry. These are just some of the values we stand for. We also believe that with mutual respect we can build something great together. Only good things come from positive response. Constructive criticism is will bring on growth and knowledge.
The only one that knows you better is yourself.
What level of service are you looking for?
A great way to discover how we work and how you work is to start with a 1-10 deck order with your graphics to test. Remember it is a custom product we don't just take a deck off the shelf and slap a graphic on it.
The deck size or shape you request is put in a list along with other orders then sent to our CNC programmer. This guy sets up the cnc machine to cut decks. Just making the list to cut takes time for a employee to organize and plan for the day.
The graphic is downloaded put in a graphic design program and resized to the shape you request. Once the graphic is ready we search for another few graphics to group it with in order to print it.
The machine that prints the graphics require a employee to monitor, maintain and service on a daily basis.
Once the print is made it is stored properly to ensure its safety while waiting for the deck to come out of the wood shop.
The deck is painted with a clear coat lacquer to ensure it is sealed from moisture.
Last the graphic is applied with heat and pressure.
