Several years ago I started working as a freelance photographer, doing stock photo work and things like private events such as weddings and parties, sports and special events like festivals and concerts and wrestling matches and a few races, even commercial real estate photography. I loved it, until I didn't anymore. When your hobby becomes your job it tends to take some of the joy out of it, so I left that behind and started focusing on my own personal photography projects, mostly street and cityscape photography. Now I work with a group of like minded individuals on various projects geared at art and philosophy, and I want to put some of that into my love of skateboarding. Three Billion Beats is all about moving through the world in a new and unique fashion, and finding ways to enjoy the ride before it ends.
